raspberries redone

I took the photos from my previous raspberries on a stick post and messed around in a computer program that is sort of like Adobe Illustrator.  I could play all day long with this program!

I'm not exactly sure what this is, but it sure does look like raspberries are growing on a stick.  I just found these photos that I took a couple of years ago and I am in love with the colors!  I love the neutral color palette with the pops of plum and turquoise...what a great color story!  I have always been a color lover...it is a must that I have color in my life.  Whether it's in my wardrobe, in interior spaces or in nature,  I am always drawn to colorful things!  Speaking of fashion, rumor has it that bright colors are in this season!  Well actually, the rumor is true.  Good thing I work at Ann Taylor Loft....

It's that time of year again! End of semester projects! If you could look into my mind right now, it would be full of a jumbled mess. I only have one more week left until my final studio project is done. Let's hope I can make it 'til then....

Anthropologie is just beautiful in every way possible. It is also a place that provides great photo opportunities! I could literally stay in the store all day just drawing and taking photos....

My brother made these sculptures while he was in college. One weekend I came across them when visiting his house, so I took some photos. I think the photos could be a piece of artwork itself....what do you think!?

If there is one thing I couldn't live without, it would be bobby pins! I practically use these things everyday of my life. There are times when I don't know what I'd do without them. Thank you, to the person who invented these magnificent little things...

A new year, with a new sketch! It was, indeed a busy 2010. Now, I am looking forward to what 2011 brings. A lot of new things are happening already. My very last semester of college just started this week and pretty soon I will be starting my internship with Anthropologie! I have a feeling I will be just as busy this year...we'll see how it goes!

I have finally recovered from the "inability to feel creative" sickness. After a week of being at the beach and seeing the wonderful colors of beach umbrellas, I finally got some inspiration to draw. I'm hoping this sickness won't return and I can get back to drawing on a regular basis. We'll see how this goes...wish me luck!

Whenever I get a new toothbrush, it always makes me want to brush my teeth immediately when I get home!
